OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

LetterWise.com, an online service operated by IonZoft, Inc. ("LetterWise"), is committed to protecting privacy and confidentiality. Information provided to LetterWise through this website (the "Site"), such as name, address and credit/debit card information, is kept confidential and not sold, rented or traded to any third parties. In addition, all information about the identity and address of the recipients of your e-mail and the content of your e-mail will not be disclosed by LetterWise to any unauthorized persons.

SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION

When you subscribe for LetterWise's services, you will submit to LetterWise personally-identifiable information such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit/debit card information. LetterWise does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties without your permission.

• YOUR PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
You can view the personally-identifiable information you have provided to LetterWise by logging into your account at www.LetterWise.com and selecting My Account. Any personally-identifiable information may be changed at the same location.

• HOW LetterWise USES THIS INFORMATION
LetterWise will not sell or rent your information to anyone else. All information regarding current or former sponsors and members is retained in our database for the purposes of customer service, accounting, and system operation.

Occasionally LetterWise asks that subscribers and people visiting the Site fill out informational surveys to help better tailor its services. Any information you give LetterWise by taking part in a survey will be treated with exactly the same strict concerns for privacy as personally-identifiable information is treated.

• CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION
Credit/debit card information is not shared with third parties unrelated to services you subscribe to or order from LetterWise. As explained above, when you subscribe online, we will ask for your name, billing address, phone number and credit/debit card information. This information will be used only to process your subscription. LetterWise will only use your phone number in the event of a problem with your subscription. LetterWise will not share this information with anyone else.

• FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBERS' INFORMATION
We treat your friend/family members' information with the same standards of privacy that we do your own information. If you provide information to LetterWise.com to invite a friend or family member to participate in the "mailbox", his or her information will not be sold, shared or rented, and we will not use their information for purposes unrelated to the "mailbox" or subscription order. Recipients will receive an email invitation which describes LetterWise and our services.

• GENERAL DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION
LetterWise may share general demographic information with its partners or affiliates so that they may better serve you. For example, the percentage of "mailboxes" owned by residents of each state may give us a better idea of which areas of the country are in greater need of the service.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR PERSONAL CORRESPONDENCE

• IDENTITY OF RECIPIENTS
The name, address and other personally-identifiable information about the recipient or recipients of your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential. LetterWise will not sell, rent or disclose your recipient's information to anyone else.

• CONTENT OF PERSONAL CORRESPONDENCE
LetterWise is committed to keeping your personal correspondence confidential. Therefore, LetterWise has taken steps to ensure that content that a subscriber transmits via the Site is not disclosed to any unauthorized parties. For example, the printing, folding and envelope placement of your correspondence is performed by a machine, and the letters are produced in a large quantity simultaneously. This physical process is designed to secure the privacy of your personal correspondence as much as possible. In the event that any employee or contractor of IonZoft, Inc. must handle your correspondence in order to perform the services, that employee or contractor is legally bound not to disclose the content of your personal correspondence (or the identity of you or your recipient) to any unauthorized party. In addition, our privacy regulations are posted in the fulfillment area, and managerial safeguards (such as employee screenings, supervision, etc.) are taken to be sure our policy is carried out.

However, once LetterWise processes your e-mail and mails it to the recipient's address, LetterWise has no control over its confidentiality. It is likely that the content of your correspondence will be read and reviewed by officials at the incarceration facilities, and may be edited or redacted, in whole or in part. LetterWise cannot ensure that any or all of the content of the e-mail you transmit via the Site will be received by the recipient.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

LetterWise takes every precaution available to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. This includes physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard all the information stored on our servers. This policy is implemented company-wide, and we make sure all LetterWise employees and contractors understand it, and are immediately informed of any changes.

• ENCRYPTION
LetterWise uses industry-standard encryption technology for a secure online ordering environment. Your credit card information is submitted to the credit card processing service in encrypted form.

• COOKIES
LetterWise, like most other websites, may also collect information about your usage of and movement through the Site using "cookies" or similar tracking software. This information allows us to develop and customize the Site to better meet your needs and preferences. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive containing information about you. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any of your personally-identifiable information while on the Site. If you reject a cookie, you may still use the Site. If you do not want to accept cookies, you can set your browser to not accept cookies, or notify you when a cookie is being sent. You can also manually delete all cookie files from your computer whenever you choose.

• IP ADDRESSES
Also, like most other websites, LetterWise uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users' movements inside the Site, and gather very general demographic information, in the interest of better serving our customers and subscribers and streamlining our operations. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

• CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
LetterWise believes that protecting the privacy of children is crucial. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or maintain information at our Site from children under age 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract those under 13.

• AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY
LetterWise may amend this Privacy and Confidentiality Statement from time to time without advance notice to you. If LetterWise decides to use personally-identifiable or confidential information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, LetterWise will notify you by e-mail. You will have a choice as to whether LetterWise may use your information in this different manner. Otherwise, LetterWise will use all personally-identifiable or confidential information only in accordance with the Privacy and Confidentiality Statement in effect when such information was collected. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, LetterWise reserves the right to use you or your recipient's personally-identifiable information and/or disclose the content of your e-mail in cooperation with any state, local, and federal officials in connection with in any investigation relating to any Site content (including e-mail transmitted on or via the Site) or with respect to purported unlawful activities of any subscriber or user.
